The Freeride World Tour Qualifiers are coming to Tignes!

The Freeride World Tour is coming to Tignes on March 10th, 11th and 12th 2023!

For the 9th year, Evolution 2 Tignes is organising three freeride competitions which will take place on the myhtic couloirs of the Tufs. These competitions are part of the French Freeride Series!

But what is the French Freeride Series?

The French Freeride Series is the French freeride ski and snowboard competition circuit. The competitions are classified by level of difficulty from 1 to 4 stars. The best of these competitions will be able to access the Freeride World Tour! 

The Freeride World Tour Junior competitions are reserved for young people from 10 to 18 years old.

The French Freeride Series in Tignes, what does it look like? 🤔

Tignes will therefore see the freeriders compete in three different competitions: 

  • a Freeride World Tour Qualifier 1* on March 10th 
  • a Freeride World Tour Junior 3* on March 11th
  • a Freeride World Tour Qualifier 3* on 11 March

These competitions will take place on the mythical couloirs of the Tufs! This massif draws a garden of impressive couloirs overhanging the lake of Tignes and thus offering an exceptional show!

Do you dream of skiing the immaculate snow on the magnificent Tuffs face but find it impossible to reach? 

Evolution 2 Tignes' instructors are all passionate about the mountains and know the routes like the back of their hands! They will take you to their secret off-piste spots guaranteeing superb snow. 

So, follow our instructors to discover new playgrounds, go in search of the first tracks in a dream powder in the heart of the Vanoise National Park! 🤩
