You'll then take your first plunge into the Isère for a short descent. The course is open to children aged 10 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
➡️ The family Initiation descent
A fun course to introduce you to your first descent. The course begins in a body of water, where you'll learn how to swim, "eskimo roll", change direction and sign language in the river.
