3 various courses to descover the Lake and river activities.
A fully week with one activity per day, 2 or 3 hours per session from Monday up to Friday during July and August.
Included on the courses :
- Lake course : sailing, kayak, paddle, rafting.
- Lake and river course : rafting, hydrospeed, paddle, kayak, kayak raft.
- River course : rafting, hydrospeed, canyoning, kayak raft, packraft

- Lake activities : swimmsuit, towel, technical t-shirt, closed shoes (water shoes or baskets), depending of the weather : sunglasses, sun cream, hate, k-way
- River activities : swimsuit and towel
- Canyoning : swimsuit, towel, shoes or hiking shoes to go on water
Conditions
- Lake course : from 7 years old
- Lake and river course : from 11 years old
- Full river : from 12 years old
It is mandatory to know swimming
