Are you looking for thrills and consider yourself sporty? Come and try hydrospeed, white-water swimming.

You'll start the activity on a lake to acquire or perfect your techniques in paddling, flipping (rolling), and changing direction. Later on, you'll learn the sign language used in rivers before launching into a descent on the Isère.

The program : facing rapids, crossing big waves, executing technical maneuvers, and even surfing in the rollers. A 100% sporty adventure awaits you.

To fully enjoy this session, it's necessary to be comfortable in the water.
