How are diplomas and training organised ?
The professional supervision diplomas are qualifying and are managed by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Social Cohesion. They are organized by training centers approved by the Regional Directorates of Youth and Sport (CREPS and similar).
To attend these courses in order to pass the diploma, you must have the minimum level required often called TEP (Test d'Requirement Préalable). Once you have entered training in these centers, you can either follow a so-called "apprenticeship" course under contract with the employers of the Evolution2 network, or follow the training as a "free candidate" by completing your training yourself.
The Blue paddle level in Canoe-Kayak is the minimum required, for this you must be a regular practitioner or follow a preparation or upgrade program.
