Learn the techniques of kicking and sign language in the river before setting off for an aquatic descent: rapids, big waves, maneuvers, surfing in the rollers you are waiting for!

To know

• Neoprene wetsuit, neoprene booties, helmet and vest are included.
• It is imperative to know how to swim and immerse yourself.
• You must bring swimsuit and towel. You must be transported.
• Showers, toilets, changing rooms, picnic area, bar, terrace and restaurant are accessible at the Landry base.
• This activity depends on the vagaries of weather conditions.
