🎒 What to bring
- Swimsuit (to be worn under the wetsuit)
- Towel.
- Possibly a picnic lunch to enjoy on site (you can also take advantage of the catering options available on site).
📝 Conditions of participation
- From age 6
- Swim a distance of 25 meters and be able to submerge your head underwater for a few seconds.
- Able to swim without the aid of armbands.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent throughout the activity.

- A state-qualified instructor-guide supervises the activity, guaranteeing the safety and smooth running of each descent.
- Our sessions are organized by level, allowing each participant to adapt his or her descent according to ability and experience.
- Time slots are scheduled according to water releases from upstream dams, ensuring optimum water flow for an optimal experience.
