🛶 Canoe-Raft / Hot-dog navigation course

In a duo, you'll discover the rudiments of canoe-raft navigation on a river. A blend of canoeing and rafting, canoe-raft, also known as hot-dog, is perfect for thrill-seekers.

The session begins with a team-building exercise on the water. You'll then learn river sign language before getting underway.

The program includes rapids, big waves and maneuvers.

🛶 Included

• Wetsuit, neoprene jacket and booties + helmet & lifejacket
  On-site lockers and changing rooms with hot showers.

🎒 What to bring

• Swimsuit (to be worn under the wetsuit)
• Towel.
• Possibly a picnic lunch to enjoy on site (you can also take advantage of the catering options available on site).

• A state-qualified instructor-guide supervises the activity, guaranteeing the safety and smooth running of each descent.
• Our sessions are organized by level, allowing each participant to adapt his or her descent according to ability and experience.
• Time slots are scheduled according to water releases from upstream dams, ensuring optimum water flow for an optimal experience.

📝 Conditions of participation

• From age 12
• Swim a distance of 25 meters and be able to submerge your head underwater for a few seconds.
• You'll need to be at ease in the water to enjoy this activity to the full.
