In a soothing natural setting, let's set off together for a yoga hike! A new product we're offering this summer, it combines a mountain hike with the practice of yoga in a magical setting between forest and glade!

Everything is designed to relax you, from the gentle voice of your guide Sophie to the sound of the waterways and the birdsong...treat yourself to a special moment!

No need to be a yoga expert for this activity, the practices are simple, the aim being to introduce you to this discipline but above all to offer you a moment where body, mind and nature become one, to just appreciate the present moment.

Formats available :

1/ half day yoga hike (approx. 3 hours)

🟢 Children's yoga hikes (6 to 12 years):

A fun outing to discover Yoga and Acroyoga, the creation of natural Mandalas (Land Art) with breaks for relaxation and meditation between walks.
- Approximate walking time: 1h
- Approximate yoga time: 1h
- Approximate time for land art: 1h
Maximum 6 children

🔵 Family yoga hike (children aged 3 and over accompanied by a parent):

A moment of family sharing to practice Yoga and Acroyoga in a rejuvenating environment. You'll make natural Mandalas and develop your creativity.
- Approximate walking time: 1h30
- Approximate yoga time: 1h30

🔵 Adult yoga hikes (from 16 years):

Hike through clearings and forests and practice relaxation and meditation during yoga and Acroyaga sessions in the heart of nature.
- Approximate walking time: 1h30
- Approximate yoga time: 1h30

🔴 2/ full day yoga hike

On this day, you'll alternate between hiking, yoga practice, meditation and relaxation.
Vegetarian, organic and local picnic.
- Approximate walking time: 3h to 3h30 depending on option chosen
- Approximate yoga time: 1h30 to 2h

2 itineraries to choose from:
Vallon de Bérard (10km, 700m ascent / 1h30 yoga)
Alpage de la Pendant (8km, 700m ascent / 1h30 yoga)

Cancellation

Please consult our General Conditions of Sale to find out about our cancellation policy.
Insurance: Insurance is strongly recommended. There are 2 types of individual insurance to which you can subscribe when finalising your reservation (or in our offices).
1. Cancellation:
- This insurance covers you in the event of illness or accident preventing you from participating in your sporting activity (this must be certified by a doctor).
- All COVID related causes are excluded.
2. Assursport in case of an accident:
- Assursport covers you for up to €25,000 for rescue costs in the event of a sporty activity accident.
- No advance payment required for rescue services, including medical repatriation.
- Sporty activity refunded up to the value of 400€

I did the yoga walking activity with some friends. The instructor was great, patient, gentle and pleasant. The hike was adapted to the needs of the group and took place in a magnificent setting.
